Ananthanarayanan Venkatesan

Ananthanarayanan Venkatesan has over two decades of experience in the insurance and sales sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of HUB Operations at HDFC Life since June 2005, Venkatesan leads customer service strategies, focusing on policy owner servicing and payouts, while driving customer experience programs. Previously, Venkatesan held the role of Sales Manager at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited from 2003 to 2005, where responsibilities included achieving branch business targets and managing large teams across multiple locations. Venkatesan also served as Area Sales Manager for ICI Paints, overseeing a critical depot from June 2000 to June 2003, and began a career in operations management at Vardhman Yarns & Threads Ltd. Venkatesan holds an MBA in Marketing from Thiagarajar School of Management and a B.Sc. in Statistics from PSG CAS.
