Naveen Gupta

Naveen Gupta currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Products (Retirement and Loans) at HDFC Life since January 2023. Prior to this role, Naveen was with Exide Life Insurance from May 2011 to December 2022, where responsibilities included leading Agency Strategy, the High Net-worth Individual (HNI) business, and agency transformation initiatives. Additional roles at Exide encompassed overseeing the agency business in the East and Central India zones, as well as managing sales support for tied agencies and QROPS Business. Naveen's career began at ING Life in various managerial positions, including Deputy General Manager of Tied Agency Sales. Naveen holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics from Nagpur University, completed between 1996 and 2000.
