Rishi Dev Tripathi is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at HDFC Life since March 2024, Rishi previously held various senior positions at Max Life Insurance Company Limited from September 2009 to March 2024, including Corporate Vice President & Head of Strategic Initiatives and Zonal Vice President. Rishi's career began at Birla Sun Life Insurance from November 2001 to September 2009, where responsibilities included Territory Manager. Prior to that, Rishi worked as Branch Manager at Ion Exchange India Ltd. Rishi holds multiple degrees in business and leadership from esteemed institutions, including an MBA in Marketing & Finance from Bundelkhand University and advanced leadership training from the Indian School of Business.
