Soumen Paul

Soumen Paul has over 15 years of experience in the financial services sector, primarily in branch management and business development roles within renowned insurance companies. Currently serving as Branch Head at HDFC Life since August 2020, Soumen is responsible for branch development, profitability, and agency channel growth. Previous positions include Chief Manager at Kotak Life, where responsibilities included resource recruitment and partner development, and Business Development Manager at Bajaj Allianz Life, focusing on team building and sales targets. Soumen began a career in customer support at ICICI Lombard and Standard Chartered Bank, and has held managerial roles at BMA Wealth Creators Ltd and Future Generali India Life Insurance. Soumen holds an M.Com in Business/Commerce from The University of Burdwan and a Bachelor of Commerce from Dum Dum M.C.C.
