Tanay Chandra

Tanay Chandra is a seasoned professional in the field of risk management, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Risk Management at HDFC Life since June 2022. Prior to this role, Tanay held the position of Corporate Vice President & Head of Financial Risk for the Middle Office at Max Life Insurance Company Limited from December 2020 to June 2022, and served as Deputy Vice President at Kotak Life from August 2014 to December 2020, where expertise included enterprise risk management, business planning, and experience analysis. Tanay also established financial risk teams at Aegon Life Insurance Company Limited and Kotak Life, focusing on various risk management aspects including asset-liability management, stress testing, and risk appetite.
