Richa Mendiratta

Richa Mendiratta currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Head of User Experience and Product Innovation at HDFC Securities since May 2023. Prior to this role, Richa held the position of Executive Vice President and Head of User Experience and Innovation at IIFL from January 2022 to April 2023. Richa's experience at HDFC Bank spanned from October 2019 to December 2021, where Richa worked as Deputy Vice President and Head of UI/UX for Digital Banking, following an earlier role as Assistant Vice President in the same domain. Richa also contributed as a UX Architect at Qualys and as a Senior Human Factors Specialist at Human Factors International between 2016 and 2018. Richa began the career as a Senior UIX Designer at Xpanxion from 2010 to 2016. Richa holds a Master of Computer Applications degree from Bharati Vidyapeeth, obtained between 2008 and 2011.
