Slobodan Pantelic

Slobodan Pantelic has a diverse and extensive work experience. Slobodan is currently working as the Area Lead "Partner & Customer" at HDI Group, where they took on the role in July 2023. Prior to this, they were the Leiter Digitales Partner- und Plattformmanagement at HDI Group from April 2023 to July 2023.

In 2020, Slobodan was a Co-Initiator and Vorstand at FRIDA - Free Insurance Data Initiative. From 2019 to 2023, they worked at HDI AG as the Leiter Technische Integration / Anbindungsmanagement & Vertriebsportale.

Before joining HDI Group, Slobodan gained experience at Accenture as a Management Consultant from September 2015 to March 2019. During this time, they focused on financial services, specifically insurance, and was involved in insurance sales, processes, and strategy.

Prior to Accenture, Slobodan worked at IT2U GmbH as a Key Account Manager in 2015, handling international account management. Slobodan also worked at Trust Risk Control International Insurance Development GmbH as an International Junior Account Manager from April 2014 to March 2015.

Slobodan's early career started at Allianz Group, where they were a Management Trainee - Sales from October 2012 to March 2014. Here, they were involved in B2B and B2C sales, HR recruiting, HR support, team leadership, and project management.

Slobodan Pantelic completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business at the University of Lincoln in 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Staatlich geprüfter Betriebswirt degree in International Management from Europa Fachakademie Dr. Buhmann in 2011. In 2010, they completed a Kaufmännischer Assistent für Fremdsprachen und Korrespondenz degree, also in International Management, from the same institution. Additionally, Slobodan Pantelic has obtained several certifications, including Certified Insurance Industry Generalist from Accenture in 2018, ISTQB Certified Tester (Foundation Level) from the German Testing Board in 2017, and a Higher European Diploma in Administrative Management in 2011.
