Jake Scarano

Jake Scarano is a seasoned Motion Designer and Character Animator with a diverse background in video production and motion graphics. Currently employed at HDR since June 2019, Scarano collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to produce engaging videos for clients while managing all aspects of video production. Previous experience includes notable roles such as Freelance Animator for French/West/Vaughan, where Scarano contributed to a Silver Addy award-winning social media campaign, and various positions at GreaterThan, Maxit Media Design, and Imaginovation, showcasing expertise in motion graphics, 2D animation, and project management. Scarano's career began at Staytoooned, creating educational animations for early learners. Scarano holds an Associate Degree in Advertising and Graphic Design from Wake Technical Community College.
