Jennifer Scheer

Jennifer Scheer, EIT, currently serves as a Transportation EIT at HDR since November 2023. Prior to this role, Jennifer worked as a Design Engineer at Raptor Civil Engineering from January to November 2023 and as an English Second Language Instructor at Hanvit Language Academy from February to September 2022. Previous experience includes working as an Implementation Specialist at PDI Software, where revenue generation exceeded $190k through extensive client consulting, and as an Engineer In Training at Yalgo Engineering, where Jennifer designed construction plans and communicated regulations to construction crews. Earlier positions include serving as a Project Engineer at PKG Contracting Inc. and Swinerton, overseeing construction documentation and safety measures. Jennifer holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from North Dakota State University, obtained in 2016.
