Richard Sirkovic

Richard Sirkovic, MBA, is an accomplished Senior Accountant at HDR since February 2017, with a robust background in business analysis, project accounting, and implementation management. Prior experience includes serving as a Business Analyst at Black & Veatch, where Sirkovic oversaw a workforce management application and facilitated enterprise-wide software implementation projects. With expertise in project control systems, cost scheduling, and quality assurance in various financial systems, Richard has also held positions at QuadraMed Corporation as an Implementation Manager and at Phoenix Aerospace Inc. as a Controller. Richard Sirkovic holds an MBA from Emporia State University and a BS in Accounting and Business Management from Kansas State University.
