Sadhana Shekar

Sadhana Shekar is a professional in the field of construction and civil engineering with a Master's degree in Construction Management from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from PES College of Engineering, Mandya. Currently serving as a Utility Coordinator/Designer II at HDR since January 2025, Sadhana previously held the position of Graduate Teaching Assistant at Texas A&M University from November 2023 to December 2024. Sadhana's experience also includes a role as a Construction Intern with Ferrovial Construction during the summer of 2024 and as a Junior Civil Engineer specializing in heavy civil projects—focusing on roadways and dams—at the Central Public Works Department, Government of India, from October 2022 to June 2023.
