Sharon Roach

Sharon Roach, PE, currently serves as the National Market Lead (Dams & Hydro) and Chief Dam Safety Engineer at Mead & Hunt since July 2021. Prior to this role, Sharon held the position of Assistant Chief Dam Safety Engineer at Tacoma Power from March 2018 to July 2021. Earlier experience includes advisory work at Mountain Kings Family and civil engineering roles at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and SMUD, where responsibilities encompassed civil support for power generation facilities and involvement in various engineering projects. Sharon began their career with positions at Clark Pacific and Cardno WRG, focusing on project engineering and civil design. Sharon earned a Master's degree in Executive MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from California State University-Sacramento.
