Steve Crouch is a Transportation Engineer and Project Manager with over 30 years of experience in transportation planning, engineering, design, and management. They began their career at Psomas, where they contributed to land development projects and GIS systems, later progressing to Parsons Brinckerhoff as a Highway Engineer. At Parsons, they managed various aspects of Caltrans highway projects before joining HDR, where they currently manage and engineer local transportation projects. Crouch holds a degree in Civil Engineering from California State University, Long Beach.
