Tatiana Hernandez

Tatiana Hernandez is a Structural Engineer-in-Training (EIT) at HDR since May 2021, having previously held the position of Structural Engineering Intern. Tatiana's earlier experience includes serving as a Teacher Assistant at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from September 2020 to December 2021, a Warehouse Associate at Amazon Jobs from June 2020 to September 2020, and a Resident Advisor at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from July 2017 to June 2020. Additional internships include a Securities Operations Analyst Intern at Wells Fargo Securities in the summer of 2019 and a Roadway Engineering Intern at RS&H in 2018. Tatiana also gained experience as a Management Consultant at the Energy Production & Infrastructure Center (EPIC) and has worked in customer service roles at Chipotle Mexican Grill and Harris Teeter. Tatiana holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, completed in 2021 and 2020, respectively.
