Tina Whitfield

Tina Whitfield is a seasoned professional in the field of civil engineering with a focus on hydraulic modeling and utility master planning. Currently serving as the Regional Hydraulic Modeling Lead and Project Manager for the Water Business Group at HDR since January 2003, Tina specializes in water distribution and wastewater collection systems using a variety of software. Previously, Tina held the position of Southeast Regional Utility Planning Practice Lead, contributing to a national team that supports utility master planning for municipal water, wastewater, recycled water, and stormwater facilities. Prior to HDR, Tina worked as a Design Engineer at Robert and Company, where responsibilities included master planning and hydraulic modeling, and as an Environmental Engineer at Geo-Hydro Engineers, Inc., conducting environmental assessments and geotechnical evaluations. Tina earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1997.
