Professor the Lord Darzi of Denham Om Kbe Pc Frs

Professor the Lord Darzi of Denham OM KBE PC FRS is a distinguished academic and leader in healthcare, currently serving as a Non-Executive Board Member/Trustee at Health Data Research UK and as the Chair of the Preemptive Medicine and Health Security Initiative at Flagship Pioneering. Holding prominent positions such as Chair of the Accelerated Access Collaborative at NHS England and Co-Director of the NHS Digital Academy at Imperial College London, Darzi also leads the NIHR Patient Safety Translational Research Centre as Director and serves as Vice-Chair of the Board of Governors at Sidra Medicine. In recognition of contributions to the field, Darzi has been awarded Honorary Doctorates of Science from both the University of Oxford and The University of Hong Kong.
