Carolyn Hamilton

Carolyn Hamilton is a Senior Manager of Income Tax at HD Supply, with a career spanning over a decade in corporate tax roles. Since joining HD Supply in June 2012, Carolyn has cultivated strong relationships with internal teams and external partners while leading comprehensive compliance efforts at both federal and state levels. Responsibilities include management of tax team operations, oversight of US tax filings across multiple jurisdictions, and direction of ASC 740 provision processes. Prior to HD Supply, Carolyn held various tax positions at Turner Broadcasting and other firms, accumulating extensive experience including internships in tax accounting. Carolyn is currently pursuing a Master of Taxation at Georgia State University, following a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the same institution.
