Carleigh Gray

Carleigh Gray is a seasoned laboratory professional with extensive experience in lab operations and management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Lab & Site Operations at HDT Bio since November 2022, Carleigh previously held the role of Laboratory Manager at Invitae from January 2021 to October 2022, where expertise in high-throughput pharmacogenomic testing and quality assurance was demonstrated. Previous positions include Research Assistant II at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where foundational lab-building and management skills were developed, and Laboratory Assistant at Bastyr University, contributing to SOP development and general lab maintenance.
