Pietro Pascale

Pietro Pascale, Ph.D. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Pietro has held leadership positions in various companies, focusing on advanced manufacturing and engineering. Pietro began their career in the Italian Army Corps of Engineers, overseeing vehicle maintenance and repair for the army. Pietro then worked as the Plant Manager and Technical Manager at Telema SpA, where they led manufacturing and engineering teams and implemented Lean-SixSigma initiatives. Pietro also served as the Engineering Manager and Special Projects Manager at Post Glover Resistors, where they directed design and development activities. Pietro further expanded their expertise as a Senior System Engineer at DRS Technologies, Inc. and as the General Manager at Senneca Holdings. Currently, Pietro is the VP of Advanced Manufacturing at HDT Global, responsible for driving standard manufacturing methods and exploring new technologies across all manufacturing sites. Throughout their career, Pietro has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a commitment to enhancing manufacturing processes.

Pietro Pascale, Ph.D. earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Mechanical Engineering - Computational Solid Mechanics from the University of Cincinnati between the years 2015 and 2022. Prior to that, they completed a Master's degree in Motorizzazione from Scuola di Applicazione di Torino/Politecnico di Torino from 1997 to 1999. In 1996 to 1997, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Torino.
