Alberto Ferrari

Alberto Ferrari is a seasoned Programme/Project Controller with extensive experience in project control within the European Space Agency (ESA). Currently at HE Space Operations since August 2018, Alberto handles all facets of project control, including tender evaluation, contract negotiation, and milestone reviews, while also supporting and training colleagues in project control practices and data maintenance within the ESA ERP system. Prior experience includes a role at Vitrociset Belgium from December 2015 to July 2018, where Alberto implemented planning and control procedures and supported tender preparations and contract negotiations within the ESA/ESTEC Directorate of Technology, Engineering and Quality. Earlier, from June 2012 to November 2015, Alberto provided project control support to the Directorate of Human Spaceflight and Operations at ESA/ESTEC, facilitating contractual commitments and procurement processes. Alberto holds a Master's degree in Economics from Università degli Studi di Bergamo.
