Chiara Grossardi

Chiara Grossardi is an experienced professional currently serving as Recruitment Team Coordinator at HE Space Operations since November 2018, overseeing the onboarding and training of new recruiters, managing SharePoint organization, and coordinating events in collaboration with the marketing team. Previously, Chiara worked as an International Recruiter, specializing in the recruitment of highly skilled personnel for the European Space Sector, with responsibilities including end-to-end recruitment for major organizations such as ESA and Airbus, as well as training new recruiters. Additional experience includes roles as an International Recruiter at Europa School of English Ltd, a Marketing Assistant at Party Ingredients, a Centre Manager, and Event Staff, highlighting a diverse skill set in recruitment, administration, marketing, and event management.
