Tim Kamper has a diverse work experience in various engineering positions. Tim started their career in 2010 as a Scientific Researcher at the Institut für Maschinenelemente und Systementwicklung, MSE der RWTH Aachen, where they worked until 2011. In 2012, Tim joined Bosch Rexroth as a Development Engineer for their PhD and stayed there until 2015. From 2015 to 2017, they worked at IME Aachen GmbH Institut für Maschinenelemente und Maschinengestaltung as a Senior Project Engineer. In 2017, Tim joined Audi AG as a Development Engineer Acoustics and stayed there until 2019. Currently, they are the HEAD of Pre-Development SW&HW at HEAD acoustics GmbH.
Tim Kamper has a strong education background in mechanical engineering. Tim obtained their Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Maschinenbau from RWTH Aachen University, which they attended from 2004 to 2010. Following this, they pursued further education and earned their Dr.-Ing. degree, also in Maschinenbau, from the same institution between 2010 and 2016.
