Jessica Charlotte Vaughn has a diverse range of work experience in the music industry. Jessica Charlotte is currently the Head of Sync at Venice Music, a position they started in September 2021. Previously, they worked at Head Bitch Music as the President, where they were involved in label/publishing credits for various well-known companies. From 2019 to 2021, Jessica held multiple roles at Heavy Hitters Music, including Vice President, Sync & Creative, Senior Director, Sync & Creative, Director, Sync & Creative, and Manager, Sync & Creative. Jessica Charlotte was responsible for providing curated music for film, television, and advertising projects. Before that, they served as a Project Director and Creative A&R at Sound Revolver from 2016 to 2019. Jessica also worked as a Freelance Strategic Planning Coordinator at Team One in 2016 and as a Host/Blogger/Community Manager at ROK Mobile from 2014 to 2016. Jessica Charlotte started their career as a Songwriter at Sony/ATV in 2007 and also served as a Showcase Director at RAW:natural born artists in 2013. Jessica's experience also includes working as a recording artist at Interscope Records under the name Charlotte Sometimes from 2007 to 2010.
