Khadija A. Fredericks

Khadija is the Head of School Saint Andrew's Episcopal in Saratoga, CA.

She previously served as the Director of Lower School and Director of Admissions/Enrollment Management, and first-grader teacher at St. Paul's Episcopal School. Khadija had previously taught kindergarten at The Harker School.

Khadija holds a Master's degree in elementary education from Columbia University and earned her bachelor’s degree at San Francisco State University. She has also participated in the NAIS Fellowship for Aspiring Heads program and served as an Accreditation Team Member for the California Association of Independent Schools.
