Benedetta Quaratesi

Benedetta Quaratesi is an experienced professional in the fashion and merchandising sectors, currently serving as the Head of Merchandising at HEAD since September 2025. As a Co-Founder of Festivalia.com since August 2016, Benedetta also held key positions at New Guards Group as Head of Merchandising Apparel for Reebok and Brand Manager for Digital Brands from April 2022 to May 2025. Prior experience includes roles such as Fashion Director at Proyectorepublica.com, Project Leader at Fundación Haciendas del Mundo Maya, and Brand Manager & Product Merchandiser for Private Labels at YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP. Benedetta commenced the career as a Junior Buyer at YOOX and gained additional insights as an intern in various prestigious organizations, including Vogue Italia. Benedetta holds a degree in Economia e Management per Arte, Cultura e Comunicazione from Università Bocconi.
