Christian Hengge has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. Christian worked at HEAD as the Global Sales & Marketing Director of the Ski Division starting in January 2024. Prior to that, they held the position of Global Head of Marketing Wintersports from November 2020 to December 2023, and Global Marketing Manager Wintersports from January 2020 to November 2020. Before joining HEAD, they worked at Scott Sports SA as the Global Softgoods Product Manager from June 2017 to November 2019, and Global Softgoods Marketing for SCOTT & Powderhorn from September 2013 to May 2017. Christian also had previous experience at W. L. Gore & Associates, where they worked as a Business Development, Brand Marketing and Market Research Project Specialist from February 2012 to September 2013, and as a Graduand and working student in Brand- & Product Marketing from November 2010 to January 2012. Christian started their career as an intern in Global Brand Marketing & Communications at adidas from April 2010 to October 2010, and as an intern in Brand & Retail Marketing (New Business Development) at W. L. Gore & Associates from September 2009 to April 2010.
Christian Hengge completed their Diplom degree in Sportwissenschaften from the University of Stuttgart between 2005 and 2011. In 2009, they also briefly studied Business Economics at the University of South Australia.
