Shay Hansen is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service, mental health therapy, and case management. Currently serving as a Service Writer at PIERCE RVS and a Case Manager at Tumbleweed Center for Youth Development since April 2018, Shay specializes in assisting young clients aged 16 to 24 in transitioning to independent living. Additional roles include Family Advocate at HEAD START, INC., and Customer Service Representative positions at Dialog Direct and Wells Fargo. Previously held the position of Clinical Mental Health Therapist at Youth Dynamics. Shay holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Counseling Psychology from Montana State University Billings, along with an Associate's degree from Southwestern Oregon Community College and a high school diploma from Billings WHS.
