Patricia Lockhart

Patricia Lockhart has extensive experience in the education and protective services fields, currently serving as a Teacher at Head Start of Greater Dallas since 2017. Previously, Patricia worked as an APS Investigator for the Department of Family Protective Services from 2009 to 2011. Educational qualifications include two Bachelor of Science degrees from Jarvis Christian University and Texas Tech University.
