Tara Dickson

Tara Dickson is a Payroll Accountant at Head Start of Greater Dallas since March 2020, responsible for collecting and verifying employee and timekeeping data, as well as computing wages, deductions, commissions, and benefits. Prior experience includes the role of Payroll Specialist at Sage from May 2016 to April 2019, where Tara managed payroll for over 2,500 employees and collaborated with regional managers to ensure payroll accuracy. Tara served as a Payroll Consultant at ADP from October 2012 to April 2016, focusing on payroll operations and tax compliance for small business clients. Earlier experience as a Bank Teller at Bank of America from August 2007 to December 2012 laid the foundation for a career in finance and payroll management. Tara holds a Bachelor of Science in Business/Managerial Economics from Texas A&M University-Commerce.
