Nadia Prescher

Nadia Prescher is the Head of Talent at Gate 52, a role they have held since 2021. They co-founded the National Independent Talent Organization (NITO) in 2020, which grew to over 100 independent talent agencies and more than 175 management firms, and their work with Congressional leaders contributed to the Shuttered Venues Operators Grant, which allocated $16.2 billion. They co-founded Madison House, Inc. in 1996. Prior to Gate 52, they were the National Talent Buyer at The Patio and Ludlow’s, where they assisted in launching Ludlow’s. They have served on the Board of Directors for HeadCount Org since 2004, and they earned a BA from The Ohio State University in 1993.
