Jurate Nedzinskiene

Jurate Nedzinskiene is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the banking and fintech sectors. Currently serving as CEO of HEADEX Group and as an Independent Board Member of Elektoninių Mokėjimų Agentūra, Jurate has demonstrated leadership in various capacities, including CEO of W1TTY, a UK fintech startup, and key roles at Danske Bank, where responsibilities included the transformation of corporate and private customer services across the Baltics. Notable past positions include Head of Retail and Private Banking for the region and CEO and Chairwoman of the Management Board at SEB Leasing, where Jurate was recognized as CEO of the Year in 2007. Jurate's educational background includes a Master's degree in Economics and Management from Vilnius University, board member education from the Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance, and certification as a coach from the International Coaching Federation.
