Florine Onderwijzer is currently the Managing Director P&P at HeadFirst Group, where Florine also holds the title of Head of Professionals & Partners Services and Manager Operations. Florine is also a Bestuurslid at Bovib. With previous experience as a Team Manager and Business Consultant at Profource, Consultant bedrijfsvoering at Schadefonds Geweldsmisdrijven, and Implementation Manager at Centraal Bureau voor de Statistiek, Florine has a strong background in management and consulting. Florine holds a MSc in Cultural Anthropology & Sociology of non-western societies from the University of Amsterdam and has completed additional management education at NEMAS Hoger Management and Markus Verbeek Praehep.
