Joke de Graaf is currently the Head of HR at HeadFirst Group. Prior to this role, Joke worked as an HR Business Partner at HROffice & Adver-Online and held the position of HR Manager at DiningCity. With a background in consultancy, project management, and recruitment, Joke has also worked as an HR Consultant at CINX and as a Managing Consultant at VSA Interim & Search. With previous experience in sales and trade communications at Philip Morris International, Joke brings a diverse skill set to their HR roles. Joke holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel, Retail & Leisure Management from Stenden University and has additional training as a RealDrives trainer/coach.
