Erica Genson

Erica Genson has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role at Headgum as a Manager in Ad Ops & Client Services since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Junior Producer at Outlier Creative Agency from April 2022 to August 2022. Erica also founded and managed their own business, The Social Spot, from March 2021 to August 2022. Before that, they gained experience as a Social Media Marketing Intern at The JC Brand LLC in February 2021 and as a Legal Advertising Placement Assistant at Network Media Consultants from May 2017 to February 2021. In addition, Erica served as Historian for the Zeta Tau Alpha Fraternity from January 2020 to August 2020. Erica also worked as an Event Coordinator at Hillel LA from November 2019 to April 2020 and as a Hostess at Herringbone Restaurant from March 2019 to May 2019.

Erica Genson attended the University of Nevada-Las Vegas from 2018 to 2022, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management with a focus in Meetings & Events and a minor in Marketing. In addition, they obtained the Techniques of Alcohol Management certification from TAM® of Nevada in April 2019 and the ServSafe Food Handler certification from the Southern Nevada Health District in February 2019.
