Rayell Grayson is the owner and president of Head/Heart Therapy, Inc., previously serving as the Acting President and Executive Director. Prior to this, Rayell worked as the Belmont Outpatient Supervisor/Clinical Counselor at Lutheran Social Services of Illinois. With a background in both counseling and psychology, Rayell has extensive experience in providing counseling services, clinical supervision, and developing treatment plans for clients. Rayell also has experience as a legal secretary at Nemani Law and as an after-school teacher at South Loop Elementary School.

Head Heart Therapy is a group therapy practice specializing in the treatment of adults and adolescents struggling with shame, addiction, mood/anxiety disorders, and many other difficulties of life. We aim to increase our clients’ capacity for self-compassion, empowerment and efficacy by helping diminish unnecessary suffering. We use an eclectic variety of modalities to address the unique needs of each person who seeks our support, whether they stem from psychological, emotional or spiritual dis-ease.
