Tom Montgomery

Tom leads Allegro Capital, a venture capital and advisory firm focused on seed-stage investments in consumer-facing startups. He was formerly SVP of Strategic Initiatives at De Beers, where he led various blockchain and sustainability businesses. Previously, he led group strategy, finance, and corporate venturing at Adidas and spent almost a decade at The Walt Disney Company in various management roles in strategy, marketing and finance. Tom has been a Governor of Basildon Academies since 2021. Tom has an MBA from the University of Oxford.

Tom sits on the Finance and General Purposes Committee and is a Director of Headington School Services.
