Chelsea Mackenzie is an accomplished retail operations professional with extensive experience in the beauty industry. Currently serving as the Head of Retail at Headkount since 2019, Chelsea previously held the position of Director of Operations for Free Standing Stores & QVC at Urban Decay Cosmetics from December 2011 to August 2019. In this role, Chelsea was responsible for producing QVC shows, managing new store openings, and overseeing retail operations training and policies. Chelsea also worked as a Sales Ambassador Manager, where administrative functions of the Field Sales Team were managed effectively. Chelsea holds a degree from the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising, which was earned between 2004 and 2006.
