Rob Eustace

Rob Eustace has extensive experience in finance leadership roles, currently serving as Head of Finance Transformation at Headlam Group plc since October 2020. Prior to this, Rob was a Financial Controller at NORMA Group from November 2017 to October 2020 and the Finance Director at Fresh to Store Ltd from February 2015 to July 2017, following a management buy-out from Kerry Foods. Rob's career at Kerry Foods spanned from July 1995 to February 2015, where roles included Finance Director for Direct to Store and various finance management positions. Rob started in finance as an Internal Auditor at NHS Hammersmith Hospitals Trust and holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Economics & Accountancy from Loughborough University.
