Howard Lee

Howard co-founded Headland to build an integrated and independent-thinking consultancy that would meet clients' changing needs in the UK and beyond. For more than 30 years he has advised UK and international clients on complex financial PR and corporate communications campaigns. He has been involved in many high-profile transactions, including M&A, restructurings, and equity capital markets operations in the UK, across Europe, and in the United States. Recent transactions include the management buy-in and IPO of the AA and the acquisition of publicly-listed Quintain plc by Lone Star Funds. He currently acts as a senior advisor to a number of listed and privately-held UK and international businesses on their financial, investor, and corporate communications positioning.
