I advise companies on all aspects of communication, in particular takeovers, initial public offerings, financial results and crises. Working across all sectors, past and present clients include Funding Circle, TSB, National Grid, Sainsbury’s and Reach. I have broad M&A experience, having advised Akzo Nobell, Old Mutual and National Grid on acquisitions and divestments. I joined Headland because it has outstanding specialists collectively equipped to tackle any communication challenge seamlessly. Prior to Headland I was a partner at Brunswick and CEO (UK) of Finsbury. Earlier in my career I spent 20 years at the Financial Times in writing and editing roles including Brussels Correspondent, Financial News Editor and Energy Correspondent.
