Amy Bader

Amy Bader, MBA, currently serves as the Regional Controller at Headlands Research, a role undertaken since January 2021. Prior to this, Amy held the position of Director of Finance and Administration at a confidential pharmaceutical company from August 2013 to January 2021, where responsibilities included scaling infrastructure and managing various departments. From August 2008 to August 2013, Amy worked as CFO at United Cab of Tampa, overseeing all accounting, HR, and operations. Earlier experience includes serving as Controller at Aequicap Financial Group from May 2005 to July 2008, where management of accounting operations for multiple companies was a key responsibility. Academic qualifications include an MBA from Florida Metropolitan University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from New Jersey City University.
