Benjamin Figueroa currently serves as a Trade Operations Engineer at Headlands Technologies LLC, where responsibilities include developing high-performance C++23 software and providing technical support for live production systems since February 2022. Prior experience includes a role as a Financial Analyst at Wells Fargo from June 2021 to February 2022, and work at Claremont McKenna College as a QCL Mentor and Research Assistant in Machine Learning: NLP from January 2020 to May 2021, where co-authorship of a paper focused on multilingual Bitext Retrieval tasks from the Russian newspaper 'Russia Today' occurred.
