Cheri Themer

Cheri Themer, LCSW, is an experienced therapist currently working at Headlight since November 2024, previously holding therapist positions at Two Chairs and Foresight Mental Health, where Cheri specialized in individual psychotherapy for diverse adult populations via telehealth. With a strong background in managing complex stressors and trauma, Cheri has also provided therapy at Enki Health Services, served at-risk youth and families as a field therapist at TESSIE Cleveland Community Services, and worked in various mental health roles at community clinics. Cheri's earlier experience includes internships focused on medical social work and advocacy for veterans, complemented by a solid foundation in marketing communications prior to pursuing a social work career. Cheri earned a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from NYU Stern School of Business.
