Romero Rodrigues is currently a Managing Partner at Headline, a Partner & Head of Venture Capital at XP Inc., and a Managing Partner at Redpoint eventures. In the past, Rodrigues has also held various board member positions at companies such as Pismo, ABFintechs, Olist, Wayfair, Ascenty, Endeavor Brasil, and NeoGrid. Rodrigues has a background in Electrical Engineering with an emphasis in Computer Science, and has completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School and Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
