Benoît Lhoumeau

Ben Ostrander, PMP, is an experienced consultant currently working at PCI Government Services LLC since June 2023. Prior to this role, Ben held various project management positions at Craneware and Carilion Clinic from July 2022 to June 2023 and from May 2016 to July 2022, respectively. Ben also served as a project manager at JPI between 2015 and 2016, and previously as a senior consultant at Integrated Federal Solutions from 2013 to 2015. The career began as a financial analyst at BAE Systems from 2012 to 2013 and as a management consultant at BDO USA, LLP from 2009 to 2012. Ben earned a Master’s degree in Trust & Investment Management from Campbell University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Bridgewater College.
