Mike Bailey

Mike Bailey is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in various roles across technology and innovation sectors. Currently serving as an Advisory Board Member for the Wendy Gillespie Center for Advancing Global Business at the Fowler College of Business, Mike also invests and advises at Underdog, LLC, focusing on healthier energy drinks, and HeadOffice.space, enhancing business collaboration. As the co-founder of Xim Industry Inc., Mike has established a strong presence in augmented reality training. Additionally, Mike holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at a stealth startup aimed at leveraging technology for the global market. Previous roles include Innovation Leader at Amazon Web Services, Head of Business Development at Qualcomm, and VP of Programming & Acquisitions at both Qualcomm and Motorola. Mike's educational background includes a BA in Telecommunications & Film from San Diego State University and an MBA from the University of San Diego, complemented by a certificate in Mandarin from the Chinese Learning Academy.
