Heena Sangwan

Heena Sangwan serves as the Content Marketing Lead at Headout since February 2023, previously contributing to AccioJob in the Founder's Office for Growth from December 2021 to February 2023, where efforts supported a team expansion from 10 to over 200. As the Founder of Second Glance, an Instagram thrift store, Heena utilized entrepreneurial skills in June 2021. During a tenure at Headout from May 2019 to September 2021 as an Associate Program Manager, team building and training processes were significantly enhanced. Earlier experiences include roles as a Human Resources Trainee at Gorani Industries Ltd and as a Finance Intern at eMinds Legal LLP. Educational accomplishments include a Postgraduate degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, and other qualifications in Company Secretary studies.
