Ben Cohen-Gazit's work experience begins in 1991 when they served as the deputy general manager at Fogel Ogilvy for 16 years until 2007. Following their time at Fogel Ogilvy, Ben worked as the marketing manager at Teperberg weinery from September 2007 to June 2008. Ben then joined Shitreet Media Group as the head of the advertising department from May 2008 to April 2009. From April 2009 to December 2014, Ben worked as an advisor for marketing, advertising, and business development on a freelance basis. Finally, in May 2014, Ben founded Headovations and took on the role of Founder & CEO.

From 1991 to 1993, Ben attended the College of Menegmant, where they earned a Practical Engineer degree in Industrial Menegmant and Marketing Engineering.
Following that, from 1995 to 1998, Ben enrolled in the same institution, the College of Menegmant, and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics.
Lastly, from 2000 to 2002, Ben pursued higher education at the Ono Academic College (Manchester University), where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing/Marketing Management, General.
