Sonja Marie Schiebold

Sonja Marie Schiebold has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2008 when they were a Student Assistant at Maastricht Graduate School of Governance. In 2009, they became a Project Leader, Assistant of the Managing Board, and Project Assistant at HST Hanse StiftungsTreuhand GmbH. In 2011, they were a PR Coordinator BG Law Game 2011 Germany at Memory Group. From 2012 to 2022, they worked at Ahold Delhaize in various roles, including HR Change Manager, HR Project Manager, HR Manager Benefits, HR Business Partner Germany, and International Management Trainee HR. In 2021, they were a Mum / Female founder / Interim HR Manager (Change and Project Management) / Out of the box Advisor at Schiebold Business Intelligence. In 2022, they became a Head of People at Headroom Assistance Inc. and a Mentor at the female factor. Sonja Marie is currently an a.i. Trainee Manager IT and Analytics at ING.

Sonja Marie Schiebold has a diverse educational background. Sonja Marie started their studies in 2005, when they earned their BA in European Studies from Maastricht University. In 2006-2007 they attended the University of Warsaw, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Economics. Sonja Marie then returned to Maastricht University and obtained their Master of Science in Management of Learning in 2008-2010. In 2010-2011, they obtained their second Master of Science in Culture, Organization & Management, specializing in Transnational Entrepreneurship from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam). Currently, they are participating in a pilot program for Inclusive Leadership with LEAD Network.
