Melissa Reed

Melissa Reed is a partner at H.I. Executive Consulting, a leading global executive search firm. Melissa specializes in retail and consumer sectors, and has worked with HIEC since May 2018.

Prior to their current role, Melissa worked as a senior partner at several other global search firms. Melissa has also been involved in rapid globalization, which has given rise to new types of disruptive leaders across the globe.

At HIEC, Melissa is devoted to connecting the world’s leading corporations, Private Equity, and Venture Capital portfolio firms with this new wave of leaders. Melissa is part of a borderless team that delivers bespoke services from an integrated group of consultants, focused on one goal: to deliver exceptional services and outstanding results in our clients’ best interests.
